I am a seasoned tech leader on a mission to help businesses tackle technical and organizational challenges by building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
I am passionate about learning, adapting, and evolving as a leader and engineer. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others through various mentoring and coaching platforms, such as Plato and MentorCruise. I co-host SpaghettiCode, a podcast discussing engineering management, diversity and inclusion in tech, and remote work.

With over 16 years of experience in the software industry, I have a proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, applying agile methodologies, and solving complex technical and organizational challenges.
